What a challenging year it was – 2021.

Because it is the end of the year and the beginning of a new one, we should reflect on how we have enjoyed the previous year and how we progress by taking advantage of every opportunity. Today, We would like to share some of our challenges and how our team has overcome them so nicely.

We worked from home for the entire year, changing flaws into assets, and our partnership was invaluable. Let’s shed some light on those moments and difficulties:

Communication was the first challenge – When you’re working together, communication is crucial to understanding everything about your project, tasks, and obligations. Working from home made communication tough, and face-to-face meetings were even more challenging. We employed a variety of tools to solve this obstacle, including Slack, Google Chat, Google Meet, and Zoom Meetings. We’ve scheduled meetings on such platforms to facilitate communication and ensure that, even if we’re working from different locations, we give our best performance.

We were not unplugged – There was no social interaction during the year, and the office working atmosphere was absent. We missed each other’s company, office jokes, and coffee breaks. This was one of the problems we had to confront while we worked to expand our client’s business; we had to conquer each and every one of them. To overcome this obstacle, we each set up a little office space in our homes, involving our families in small aspects of our professional lives, and making our workplace a happy place with them. And as we became more involved with our families, this was an opportunity for us.

New Year, New Beginnings - 2022
Happy New Year to all of you!

Lack of motivation – Lack of motivation while working from home is not uncommon; everyone has experienced it at some point. Motivation might be harmed by a lack of external and internal engagement with your coworkers. We, too, had this obstacle, but we were able to overcome it because of our teamwork, mutual support, and understanding. We talked about our long-term objectives, made plans, set goals, and put them into action. We constantly make sure of our goals as a team so that they can hold us accountable and motivate us in the previous year.

Time Management – Managing your time while you’re working. Working from home was the most difficult task. When we work in an office, we can effectively manage our time because most of the tasks are predetermined. However, due to the flexibility of remote employment, controlling our calendar on our own was a bit challenging. And, at the time, time management was critical in order to manage ourselves. We had all worked so hard on it, devoting our work time and sticking to it, preparing our minds accordingly, and presenting everything on time. We were able to spend some wonderful moments with our family and friends thanks to time management.

If we look at the other side of the coin, remote work provides us with the most benefits because it allows us to work from anywhere, spend more time with our families, boost productivity, improve work-life balance, improve mental and physical health, and reduce stress.

We wish everyone peace, opportunity, happiness, and success in the new year.

New Year, New Beginnings!
