Over a period of time, when employers invest less for their people, it clearly results in a reduced commitment towards the people. It interprets to honorable customer experience, which can translate to more revenue.

Therefore, if you want your people to invest their potential, career and lifetime in you, with all their heart and mind, then make sure you are creating the space for them and investing wholeheartedly for their growth.
