2020 has brought unprecedented changes to not only the business world but the entire world. This year gave all of us many chances to discover creative approaches to offer incredible experiences for our customers and team.
It was the year which will be remembered for a lot of reasons, either good or bad. We have faced many challenges and through them, we have discovered our strengths and learned how to deal with the uncertainties. On the other hand, we discovered the joy and connected through advanced technology such as video conferencing, virtual events, live webinars, and many more.
In this article, we will discuss the cutting-edge software technologies for which we worked last year, the achievements we got and other areas that we are going to cover next year.
What SunArc achieved in 2020?
The achievements were high this year. We have closed 70+ big & small projects and completed 40+ projects in 2020. The entire team (Technical, Managerial & Marketing) has raised the bar and showed immense potential while working in this critical situation. We cracked some amazing project deals that too from the different geographical regions such as Dubai, Israel, Denmark, Turki and we don’t want to stop the count.
Technologies in which we worked the most last year?
We started work on technologies like ReactJS & Prestashop, and also got excellence in Google Merchant & Ads practices. We also did a variety of projects in Laravel, Shopify, Magento, Odoo & SEO and gained good clientele this year.
Awards and certification we received?
Our efficient employees tried and got certified from AWS Solution Architect Associate, AWS Solution Architect Professional, Sand scrum Master from ScrumAlliance.
How has SunArc survived or helped their customers in COVID 19?
It was a difficult time where we had to keep our team safe & our clients well served. We opted to work from home but at the same time took extra care with every employee of ours so that nothing can be affected. We ensured our clients that we provide them with the same work efficiency and quality even in a crisis. Our main focus was to mitigate our client’s risk and remove their fear, so to do the same our team was continuing helping each of the clients, providing them consulting at every stage so that we both can grow together in that uncertain business environment. On account of our efficient IT & Marketing team, we succeed in serving our clients in all good manners and delivered work. Our smart employees not only cooperated with us in this pandemic but also productivity got some high marks and this is how we fought with COVID. A big thanks to our entire Sunarc Team & our prestigious client.
What’re the plans or how SunArc will mark in 2021?
With the new year, we are hoping for new opportunities in work & amazing learnings in technologies. We thrive to serve our existing clients in the best possible manner and all ready to welcome the new portfolio. We will also be planning to go for some good partnerships which we will reveal later on. We are also expanding our Online store suncartstore.com by developing more useful & unique products for different technologies such as WordPress, Shopify, Odoo, Magento, etc. We are also planning to come up in the audience with our in-house CRM system which we developed in Odoo.
